We may collect: identity and contact information (names, emails, phone numbers); payment information; business information; communication records; profile and usage information; data from third parties; device information; log and troubleshooting data; and feedback on our services.
We use your data for: administering accounts and profiles; personalising our products; supplying opted-in information; managing payments; enabling our Mira software; communicating with you; marketing (with consent); and improving our models. Our lawful bases include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.
We use automated decision-making including AI-powered content processing, usage-based access controls, and Terms of Service monitoring. We also perform automated profiling to improve user experience, customise interactions, and detect security anomalies.
Retention periods vary by data type: identity and contact data is kept for the duration of your account plus 2 years; payment data up to 6 years; business data up to 6 years after contract end; usage and profile data for account duration plus 2 years; device data for account duration plus 1 year; logs for 1 year; and feedback for 2 years.
We store data in the UK and within the EEA. Some data may be stored in countries outside the UK, where we ensure adequate protection levels are maintained. We limit access to authorised personnel and have procedures for handling data breaches.
We may share data with: Anthropic and OpenAI (AI model providers, US); Google UK Ltd (cloud storage, UK); and Notion (data management, US). We may also share data in connection with business transfers or legal obligations. All third parties are assessed for adequate data protection.
